- Information when booking a call — if you schedule a diagnostic using our embedded calendar, Cal.com collects the data you provide (name, email, time zone, and notes) under its own privacy policy.
- Automatic technical information — when you visit our site, our servers and those of our infrastructure providers may automatically log your IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, visit duration, and referrer, for security, technical diagnostic, and service improvement purposes.

We use the data you provide exclusively for the following purposes:
- Respond to your inquiry, send you a confirmation email, and contact you to schedule a diagnostic session or present a proposal.
- Analyze messages received to identify opportunities to improve our services and communications.
- Maintain an internal lead record (CRM) for operational and commercial purposes.

To operate our business, we share your information only with the following service providers ("processors"), each subject to their own security and privacy commitments:
- InsForge — primary database where contact records are stored (servers in the United States).
- n8n (self-hosted) — automation engine that routes received messages to the various notification channels.
- Google Gmail — sending confirmation emails.
- Twilio — sending internal notifications to the team via WhatsApp.
- Airtable — lead management in CRM format.
- Cal.com — scheduling meetings and diagnostics.
- Vercel — website hosting infrastructure.
We may also share your information if we are legally required to (for example, in response to a court order) or if it is necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety.
5. Where your data is stored
Most of our providers keep data on servers located in the United States. Some providers (such as Cal.com or Vercel) may replicate data across global servers to optimize performance. By contacting us, you accept the international transfer of your data under the conditions of this policy.
6. How long we keep your data
We retain your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes described in this policy:
- Active leads — while there is an ongoing commercial conversation with you.
- Inactive leads — up to 24 months from the last contact, to allow resuming the conversation if you reappear.
- Contracted clients — during the term of the contract and up to 7 years after its termination, per U.S. tax and accounting requirements.
After these periods, we securely delete or anonymize your data.
7. Your rights over your data
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights over the data we store about you:
- Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion — ask us to delete your data (subject to legal obligations that may prevent us from doing so).
